Overview
In Worcester, you join a leading Worcestershire firm as a Residential Conveyancer. You will manage a caseload from instruction to completion and provide guidance on property transactions. You’ll liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties, and draft or review key documents. You’ll mentor junior team members and contribute to business development. Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Provide advice to clients on property purchase, sale, and related matters
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
- Draft and review contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development for the department
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with conveyancing software and digital tools (advantage)
