About you
- Degree educated and CIPD qualified
- Minimum of three years’ HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or food sectors
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proven experience managing employee relations and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexibility to travel between sites and access to your own transport
What you’ll do
- Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and managers across the group
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Support the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance engagement
- Keep up-to-date with employment law and ensure company compliance
- Assist in the development and rollout of policies and training programmes
