Project Manager

The CSR Group are working with a leading Developer who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major residential development in North Dublin, comprising approximately 300 units across a mix of houses and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion
• Manage programme, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
• Drive project performance, reporting, and risk management

Requirements:

• Proven track record managing large-scale residential projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience within the Irish construction market preferred
