Overview

In this role you will manage a varied caseload in a growing Commercial Real Estate team within a respected regional law firm. You will handle landlord and tenant work, property sales and purchases, and secured lending transactions, supporting a range of sectors. You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors while delivering high-quality client service and contributing to business development. Responsibilities

  • Landlord and tenant matters including leases, licences to assign, surrenders and assignments
  • Sales and purchases of owner-occupied property
  • Secured lending and finance transactions including sale and leaseback
  • Sales and purchases of investment property
  • Support business development and attend networking events
  • Deliver high-quality client service across sectors including leisure, retail, healthcare and professional services

Key requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with minimum 2 years PQE in commercial real estate or related area
  • Strong technical knowledge in commercial property
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Commercial awareness and proactive, solutions-focused approach
