Corporate Solicitor – Leicester / Hybrid Working

Overview

In this role you will handle a broad range of corporate transactions within a leading regional law firm, focusing on M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and governance. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, driving advisory work while also taking a lead on marketing, business development and client relationship management. You will supervise junior solicitors and contribute to a friendly, supportive culture. This opportunity offers hybrid working and a chance to shape a dynamic corporate practice.

Responsibilities

• Act for individuals, businesses, funders and investors on M&A transactions
• Handle joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and demergers
• Provide corporate governance and advisory support

Key requirements

• Experience in a comparable corporate team (preferred)
