Content Developer

Overview

In this role, you will design and develop end-to-end e-learning and training materials to improve digital learning, leveraging collaboration with global stakeholders. You’ll manage onboarding and department trainings via the LMS, ensuring a seamless experience for learners, instructors, and administrators. You will optimize content using established learning frameworks and analyze learning data to drive improvements. This is a global, hybrid role within the Talent Management and Learning COE that offers growth through innovative learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end courseware (eLearning modules, ILT materials, simulations, videos, assessments) using Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.
• Create scripts, storyboards, assignments, and assessments aligned with ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop and maintain courses
• Conduct quality reviews for accuracy and standards
• Manage content updates, version control, and archival processes
• Administer and maintain the LMS for a large user base
• Oversee onboarding training for new hires and implement automation to improve efficiency
• Coordinate ILT sessions, attendance tracking, and learner record updates
• Provide LMS-related support to learners, instructors, and stakeholders
• Maintain learning content in LMS, SharePoint, and content repositories with consistent structure
• Monitor enrollments, completions, and usage metrics for data integrity
• Create reports and dashboards to measure engagement and training effectiveness
• Assist with compliance tracking and regulatory reporting
• Stay updated on instructional design trends and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate across global teams to enhance learner experience

Key requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in training, instructional design, or content development
• Proficiency with eLearning tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
• Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with enterprise LMS (e.g., Cornerstone, Docebo)
• Graphic design and multimedia development skills with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing experience
• Ability to write clear instructional content and develop storyboards
