Unit4 ERP Finance Systems Analyst

Overview

In this role you will own security and access management for Unit4 ERP across modules, driving governance and improvements. You will administer and support the Unit4 application, develop reports, and provide frontline incident support. You will collaborate with Finance Super Users and senior stakeholders to identify improvements and deliver user training. You will support upgrades and new module implementations, contributing to ongoing transformation of finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage segregation of duties and access compliance across modules
• Administer, maintain and support Unit4 application
• Maintain existing reports, design and develop new reports
• Provide Unit4 ERP 1st–3rd line support for incidents and service requests
• Collaborate with Finance Super Users and senior stakeholders to resolve issues and identify improvements
• Deliver user training and guidance on best practices
• Support ongoing projects, upgrades and new module implementations

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ hands-on Unit4 ERP (Agresso) experience
• Knowledge across multiple modules
• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support
• Finance background with part/fully qualified (AAT, ACCA, FCCA) or qualified by experience
• Strong experience delivering or supporting Unit4 ERP projects
