Overview

As a Key Account Manager at ShopperTrak, you will manage a portfolio of strategic retail accounts and drive commercial growth through data-driven solutions. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify opportunities to expand footprint and wallet share. You’ll focus on high-potential named accounts to deliver revenue, profitability, and retention objectives while shaping long-term partnerships. This role offers exposure to a global organisation and the chance to influence retail insights and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic ShopperTrak customer accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute account growth plans aligned to objectives
  • Drive customer retention by delivering value from ShopperTrak solutions
  • Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts with additional products and services
  • Lead commercial discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, customer success, and technical teams to deliver outcomes
  • Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and account reporting
  • Maintain understanding of retail trends, challenges, and competitive developments

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or Strategic Sales
  • Strong commercial acumen with renewals and growth management
  • Demonstrated success in customer retention and revenue expansion
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management
  • Ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
