Account Executive

Overview

In this role, you will manage and expand a panel of external advisers to drive MetLife UK’s growth. You’ll collaborate with Marketing and other functions to uncover new opportunities and achieve personal sales targets. The position combines outreach via calls, virtual presentations, and in-person meetings within a hybrid setup in Brighton. You help shape growth under the New Frontier strategy, contributing to stronger performance and improved client outcomes. This is a space to build a career in financial services with cross-functional impact.

• Lead your own panel of advisers

• Manage your own diary to meet activity requirements
• Develop relationships with external brokers
