Overview

In this Marketing Manager role, you shape campaigns that connect guests with Hilton’s warm hospitality. You’ll lead multi-channel initiatives, mentor a small marketing team, and ensure campaigns align with brand standards and commercial priorities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging content and drive bookings. This position offers hands-on creative work, fast-paced project management, and meaningful impact on guest experiences across properties.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of marketing activities across digital, social, email and on-property channels
  • Plan and run videoshoots and photoshoots with external photographers/videographers
  • Influencer management and brand guardianship for hotel/restaurant brands
  • Manage and mentor two marketing team members and prioritise campaigns
  • Oversee marketing calendar to align with business initiatives and deadlines
  • Design and develop creative materials using Adobe tools for internal/external comms
  • Copywriting across channels and lead email marketing for food & drinks venues
  • Lead social media strategy, content creation, and paid social campaigns with monitoring/optimisation
  • Project management support across initiatives, including timelines, decks, and documentation
  • Collaborate with PR, design, and agencies to ensure brand-aligned delivery
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure spend adherence
  • Maintain accurate brand website pages and third-party listings
  • Support lead generation with sales and cross-department campaigns
  • Contribute to launches, events, and seasonal campaigns across food & beverage units
  • Provide cross-functional support to ensure timely, high-quality outputs

Key requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders, agencies and internal teams
  • Proven ability to contribute to multiple campaigns and projects
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking and ability to bring campaigns to life
  • Proactive self-starter with ownership mindset
  • Strong knowledge of social media and content creation
  • Experience planning and executing social media campaigns
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
