Head of Executive Search & Leadership Development

Trustpilot is seeking an accomplished executive talent leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of senior leadership talent. You will balance external executive search with internal development to ensure the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team are best positioned for scale.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent, you will guide strategy, development, and succession across the leadership ranks.
