Job Description

• Lead and manage all hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organisational goals.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Foster collaboration across departments to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Monitor and improve hospital performance metrics and quality indicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including staff and external partners.
• Lead initiatives for staff development and retention within the hospital.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Hospital Managing Director should have:

• Proven experience in hospital or healthcare management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in financial planning and operational management.
