Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate potential real estate acquisition opportunities that align with the company’s investment criteria.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisitions, development, or investment management.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex real estate transactions.
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
- Experience with various real estate asset classes (e.g., commercial, residential, industrial).
