Overview

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will energise and drive Lean Sigma-based improvements across Safran Landing Systems’ production operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise practices, boost cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction. The role connects CI initiatives with stakeholders at all levels to spread best practices and sustain results. This is a chance to shape operational excellence in a global, innovation-driven aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and change projects within landing systems production operations
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to build buy-in for change initiatives
• Apply Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies and toolsets to production operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality

Key requirements

• Proven experience in continuous improvement in aerospace or industrial settings
• Expertise in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies and tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Minitab
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project and/or change management
