PE Real Estate Asset Manager

Overview

As PE Real Estate Asset Manager, you will drive value creation across UK & Western Europe portfolios within a growing opportunistic fund. You will shape asset business plans, support acquisitions and redevelopment, and partner with the investment team on due diligence and reporting. You’ll manage performance, incomes, and capital value while coordinating with tenants and cross-functional partners. This role suits a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can travel as needed. Responsibilities

• Write and implement asset business plans
• Contribute to acquisitions, redevelopment, leasing, value creation, and asset management during hold and disposal phases
• Manage day-to-day portfolio performance and tenant relationships
• Support deal screening and due diligence to ensure viability of value-add opportunities
• Assist in producing investment committee materials and investor reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual, ad-hoc)
• Monitor asset performance and reporting across multiple assets and portfolios

Key requirements

• 3 years post-MRICS desirable (or Part-Qualified APC)
• Experience in a principal-led Asset Management role (PE Real Estate or Investment/Asset Management) preferred for more senior candidates
• Strong Excel modelling ability and data integrity across fund datasets
• Hands-on UK Real Estate experience; willingness to learn European jurisdictions on the job
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with busy teams
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within UK and Europe
• European languages desirable
