Overview
In this role you drive continuous improvement across the site by supporting the Operational Excellence Manager and cross‑functional teams. You will help implement Lean Sigma transformation, embed core values and behaviours, and ensure product quality through data analysis. You will tackle deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. The position connects with site leadership to deploy PWS and drive KPI‑aligned improvements, kaizen events, and waste reduction. This role offers the chance to shape manufacturing excellence in a regulated environment and contribute to Perrigo’s One Perrigo mission.

Responsibilities
- Support the CI strategy and cross‑functional projects for capability & capacity improvements
- Build and maintain systems for Lean Sigma transformation and embed core values
- Analyze quality data to ensure products meet critical attributes
- Investigate deviations and implement corrective and permanent solutions
- Facilitate PWS material development, SOPs, and shift handover processes
- Lead and support Kaizen events with clear benefits aligned to site KPIs
- Promote best practices and contribute to pillar maturity and action plans
- Deploy foundational Lean Tools and embed continuous improvement across processes
Key requirements
- University Degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tablet/capsule manufacture in a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and MHRA requirements
- Practical knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean principles
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Ability to translate deployment plans to shift teams and manage multiple priorities
