We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Estimator to supportmajor construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects,with a focus on developing estimating capability and improvingcost intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing, reviewing, and assuring cost estimates for majorinfrastructure projects* Developing and improving estimating systems, cost databases,resource libraries, productivity rates, and estimatingmethodologies* Establishing benchmarking frameworks and using historical data,market intelligence, and supplier information to validateestimates* Supporting tenders, cost control, risk assessments, projectapprovals, and investment decisions while working closely withproject, engineering, and commercial teams
