As a Senior/Principal Associate in our Real Estate Disputes team, you will handle a varied mix of advisory and litigation work across complex property disputes, joining a nationally recognised, collaborative team. You’ll manage your own caseload, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development while working with high-profile clients across sectors. This role combines hands-on dispute resolution with opportunities to develop specialist expertise within a growing practice. Responsibilities

  • Manage own caseload across property disputes
  • supervise junior lawyers and support partners on larger matters
  • contribute to business development, marketing and seminars
  • advise on preventing and resolving disputes and taking matters to settlement or trial
  • handle matters across High Court, County Court and Tribunals, including ADR where applicable
  • develop specialist expertise within the team
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams and other fee earners

Key requirements

  • 6+ years PQE with broad real estate disputes experience
  • experience of tribunal and court work
  • strong academics
  • excellent drafting, technical analysis and attention to detail
  • clear communication and interpersonal skills
  • desire to grow the practice and market to clients and agents
  • willingness to learn and gain broad experience
