In this senior role you shape enterprise AI capabilities for clients, leading end-to-end, production-grade AI solutions with generative and agentic capabilities. You’ll design scalable, secure architectures for cloud-native PaaS/SaaS, integrate AI with data and microservices, and drive responsible AI governance. You work closely with senior client leaders to translate business goals into pragmatic AI roadmaps, delivering measurable value and guiding multi-team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end AI solution architectures with generative/agentic capabilities
• Define architectures for cloud-native PaaS/SaaS integrating data, APIs, and microservices
• Oversee integration of ML, GenAI, and agentic systems into enterprise environments
• Provide architectural assurance and act as Design Authority across programmes
• Lead PoCs for generative AI and agentic solutions at client sites
• Industrialise LLM-based solutions, implementing RAG, orchestration, and multi-agent workflows
• Establish best practices for LLMOps, MLOps, and AIOps including security and cost control
• Develop reusable AI accelerators, patterns, and reference architectures
• Drive responsible AI, governance, security, and regulatory compliance in AI deployments
• Mentor cross-functional teams and align AI strategy with business objectives
• Collaborate with C-suite and senior stakeholders to define AI roadmaps
• Champion Credera’s AI capability and share thought leadership across clients
• Provide leadership across multiple workstreams and ensure delivery quality through Design Authority

Key requirements

• 8+ years in AI, ML or data solution design with hands-on generative AI delivery
• Proven track record in leading PoCs and industrialising AI into production
• Experience designing enterprise-grade AI architectures at scale
• End-to-end responsibility for programme delivery and large-team leadership
• Experience in cloud-centric solution design and CI/CD/LMMOps concepts
• Strong knowledge of AI security, responsible AI, and compliance
• Public sector experience preferred (government, healthcare, regulated industries)
• Hands-on enterprise AI experience on Azure or AWS with specific services
• Familiarity with data platforms and lakehouse ecosystems
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions
