Regional Estimating Leader: Cost & Benchmarks

Volta is seeking a Regional Estimating Manager to define estimating standards and benchmarks for global projects, based in London with cross-border collaboration across Europe and the US. You will drive cost certainty early in project baselines and lead should-cost modeling across major packages.

Working with front-end planning, procurement and controls, you will benchmark against outturn costs and enable sharper procurement decisions while coaching teams on estimating practices.
