M&A Corporate Counsel for Rapid-Growth Ecommerce

Unybrands Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Counsel (M&A) to support the acquisition lifecycle from LOI to diligence and transaction documents. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements, advise on employment matters, IP, data privacy, and other in-house legal issues while collaborating across departments.

The role may require occasional travel to Hemel Hempstead office and offers opportunities to shape the legal framework of a fast-growing ecommerce platform.
