This position will take full responsibility for
· 2 street food trucks
· Conferencecentreand hospitality.
· The current contract turnover is c£4.8mil
They are looking for a CateringDirector who can –
· Offering leadership and motivation to the onsite managers
· Liaise and work with chef team with a contemporary and ever changing events menu
· Ensure the delivery of 5* service across the board
· Support the managers in the logistical planning
The Catering Director will have a strong financial understanding, great flexibility and attention to detail.With strong leadership skills with a track record in coaching and developing senior personnel
