Vice Principal: Behaviour & Inclusion Leader

Staffordshire University Academy is seeking an experienced senior leader to join as Vice Principal: Behaviour and Inclusion, to work with the Vice Principal: Quality of Education and lead a strong pastoral team for students aged 11–19.

This permanent appointment offers 32.5 hours per week, a salary of £82,654 – £91,158, and a start date of 1 January 2027. The role includes safeguarding, inclusion, and strategic leadership across the academy.
