Strategic Accounts Director, Major Accounts

BT Group is hiring an Account Director for Major Accounts in London or Bristol. You will own a portfolio of high-value Retail and Charity customers, driving retention, growth and long-term partnerships while collaborating with BT and EE teams.

You”ll build senior stakeholder relationships, develop account plans, and lead commercial discussions to deliver value, navigate challenges and renewals. Travel to client sites as required.
