Retention Product Leader – Remote (UK & Europe)

Futureheads is seeking a Senior Retention Product Manager to lead the retention mission across the UK and Europe, with a remote-friendly setup. You will own churn reduction and maximize repeat engagement using data and creative thinking.

You’ll develop retention strategy, run experiments, analyze causes, and work with engineering in a scrum team, delivering clear roadmaps and requirements.

This role offers a salary of £80,000-£95,000 and a fast-growing subscription business with global reach.
