Lead Digital Service Designer — Transform Public Services

Arup is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead human-centred digital service design across discovery to beta for diverse public and private sector clients. You will work with researchers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, software developers, data specialists and technical experts.

The role requires confidence in leading design activities with senior stakeholders, contributing to bids, and translating user needs into service concepts and delivery backlogs. Visa sponsorship is not available.
