Commercial Tech Counsel – Fintech (Hybrid, London)

SSQ is recruiting a Commercial Legal Counsel in London on a hybrid basis. The role targets a 2–4 PQE lawyer with private practice training, in-house or secondment experience. You will handle broad commercial matters across technology, SaaS, and regulatory areas while supporting a fast-growing fintech business.

You will work closely with stakeholders, draft and negotiate contracts, manage data protection issues and contribute to the development of the legal function as the business scales.
