GP: Primary Care for Vulnerable Communities

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a General Practitioner to provide an efficient primary care service for our homeless, asylum seekers and refugees community in Croydon. The post requires close collaboration with district hospitals, specialist services and community teams to meet national guidelines.

You will manage a caseload, make autonomous decisions, and work within a multidisciplinary team to improve access and outcomes for vulnerable patients.
