Regional Clinical Lead & Deputy GM (Nursing)

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) who will travel across the region to lead and develop the clinical teams in our care homes, ensuring high quality care and regulatory compliance.

You will work with the General Manager to implement action plans, supervise practice, support safeguarding, risk assessments, budgeting, HR and preceptorship, and you must be flexible and travel as required.
