We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactor Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in London. This role involves providing both functional and technical expertise to support a large-scale client environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the client’s team to manage a high-volume backlog of integration and system enhancement requests.
The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from various locations including company offices, client sites, and your home, although full-time remote work is not permitted.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve a significant number of backlog items related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Design, configure, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems, including Oracle Taleo and other Talent Acquisition platforms.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to implement integration and functional enhancements.
- Manage complex organizational structures and a variety of business roles and security requirements.
- Utilize the SuccessFactors Integration Center to develop and maintain integrations.
- Support system administration, provisioning, and configuration tasks as necessary.
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with business requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
Your Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- In-depth functional knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, especially in Talent Acquisition and employee-related processes.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
- Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with Oracle Taleo and other Talent Acquisition systems.
- Strong understanding of Integration Center, interfaces, and data integration concepts.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Provisioning activities.
- Ability to work independently in a client-managed environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
