Senior UX Researcher: AI-Driven Finance UX (Manchester)

Pontoon Solutions is hiring a Senior UX Researcher to join a financial services transformation programme in Manchester on a 6-month contract, onsite with presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

You will plan and execute end-to-end UX research, conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, lead usability testing with Maze, and develop surveys using Qualtrics, collaborating with Service Designers, UX Designers, and Product teams.
