Associate Director, PMCM: Infrastructure Leadership (Hybrid)

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate/Associate Director PMCM to lead major infrastructure projects. You will manage teams, grow client relationships and drive delivery across highways, rail, civils and energy sectors, with emphasis on net zero and sustainability.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and mentor staff while expanding PMCM services. Hybrid work in the UK supported with development opportunities and chartership pathways.
