Klarna UK-based employment law role supports the business across multiple jurisdictions, handling individual cases and labour relations. You will draft and adapt policies, advise on cross-border issues, and work closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced, fintech environment.

You’ll thrive if you have 3–5 years’ UK employment law experience, enjoy independent decision-making, and are comfortable navigating multi-market developments within a growing company.
