Flagship City Facilities Manager – Launch Stage

Andersen James Group in London is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations at a flagship Central London asset, at launch stage. You will take ownership of the on-site team and shape operational standards, occupier experience and culture from day one.

You’ll manage day-to-day facilities, occupier relations, contractor performance, budgets and service charges, while driving sustainability and wellbeing initiatives and building a high-performance on-site team.
