Thermal Plant Operator — 4 on/4 off, Milton Keynes

Berry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Thermal Plant Operator to support the safe and efficient operation of our Advanced Thermal Treatment (ATT) Plant in Milton Keynes. The role covers steady state, start up, shutdown and emergencies with 12-hour shifts in a 4-on/4-off pattern.

The contract starts as 3-month temp with potential for permanent, paying £400–£500 per day Inside IR35. You will report to the Shift Team Leader and work with the Maintenance Team to ensure optimal plant operation.
