Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial (UK/Ireland)

Rentokil Initial in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to cover corporate and commercial work across our UK and Irish businesses. You will draft, review and negotiate complex contracts, provide strategic legal advice and train colleagues on contract risk.

The role requires at least five years PQE as a qualified lawyer in England & Wales, strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
