Head of Building Surveying – Manchester Growth Lead

Lumen Search in Manchester is seeking a Head of Building Surveying to lead and grow the practice across the Northwest. You will own the Building Surveying function and build a team around you to deliver across a busy pipeline.

You will oversee residential RCA/PPM programmes, manage key client relationships, win new work, and provide senior technical oversight of surveys, dilapidations, and related projects in a dynamic consultancy environment.
