Relationship Director — Hybrid SME Growth & Lending Leader

Cynergy Bank in London seeks a Relationship Director to drive regional growth, manage a £5m-£60m lending portfolio and lead a small team. You will build long-term client relationships, identify opportunities and uphold high risk standards in a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 from home).

You should have proven experience in Business Banking, strong credit skills and leadership ability to coach colleagues toward success while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
