Senior Risk & Compliance Leader – Law Firm (Hybrid)

QED Legal LLP in London or Surrey is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to lead the risk and compliance function with hybrid working (2/3 days in office). The role spans advisory, policy development, audits and training across a growing regional law firm of c.400+ people.

You will advise on SRA standards, manage complaints and professional indemnity matters, and influence senior stakeholders while shaping policies and culture across practice groups.
