Technical Director – Infrastructure & Delivery

Harron Homes is seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead the coordination and delivery of architectural, engineering and infrastructure matters across Yorkshire developments from feasibility to completion.

You will drive technical design, utilities coordination, and planning compliance while supporting Construction, Commercial and Land teams. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and a track record in civil engineering infrastructure.
