Senior Motor Pricing & Analytics Lead

Hastings Direct is seeking a Senior Risk Pricing Manager for the motor portfolio. The role combines deep pricing expertise with strategic leadership to develop, deploy, and govern risk pricing models that are robust, compliant, and commercially effective.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Underwriting, Retail, Finance and Analytics teams, driving pricing improvements, model validation, and governance to support sustainable growth.
