We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Development Director, Receivables & Working Capital. The role covers mid-market corporates across Yorkshire and the North-East.

We have been recognized by the industry’s most prominent publications and associations for our strength in combining innovation and service excellence with end-to-end customer solutions. Global Trade Solutions serves as a core service provider for commercial customers.
In this role you’ll:
- Proactively identify and develop new receivables and working capital finance opportunities
- Assist in establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
- Assist in the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
- Work closely with structured trade solutions to provide innovative receivables-based solutions to existing and new to bank businesses
- Proactively supporting Relationship Manager in discussions and client pitches
- Deepen your understanding of the clients through credit and customer due diligence reviews
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Extensive experience of Business Development with Receivables Finance at the heart
- Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Excellent range of communication skills, including written and verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Ability to interact with business customers at a senior and strategic level
