Financial Planning Analyst

A high-growth PE-backed international technology business is looking to appoint an FP&A Lead into its Group Finance team. This is a high-visibility role reporting into the Global Head of FP&A, with exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a real impact across reporting, forecasting, financial modelling and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, management accounts and KPI reporting
• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analysis
• Provide commercial insight and business partnering to senior stakeholders
• Analyse and improve data across reporting and revenue
• Drive process improvements across FP&A and management reporting
• Support the evolution of finance systems, processes and MI

Successful Candidate

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong FP&A and management accounting experience
• SaaS/technology experience, recurring revenue exposure is desirable
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Confident communicating financial insights to senior stakeholders
