Senior Service Designer – Public Sector Transformation Lead

Sanderson Government and Defence is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead end-to-end service design from discovery to delivery for public sector programmes. You will shape approaches, outputs and outcomes, ensuring user-centred and practical solutions aligned to client objectives.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to business development, and apply GDS standards, accessibility and inclusive design to drive successful assessments across multiple projects.
