JSL Talent Partners are working with a small, boutique education recruitment agency, founded 10+ years ago who have a headcount of c20 people based in London.
They are now looking to open a new branch and therefore looking to hire a Branch Manager. You will be the driving force for the new launch and once hired you will hire a Resourcer immediately to support you.
Plus you’ll receive the back office support you’ll need from compliance, payroll etc.
In addition to the above, the agency are on the GCA framework.
The role will be 5-days a week in the office based in and around Stratford so it’s important you can easily commute daily with an early start.
Due to the opportunity, it’s essential you are already working in an education recruitment agency and you have the experience required to run and lead a new branch for the agency. We will not consider talent from another sector.
With a September/ October start date interviews will be immediate.
