Senior Dual-Site Care Home Manager

Cynergy Group seeks a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two care homes in Reading and Wokingham, with overall operational responsibility and drive for quality and occupancy. You will lead cross-site teams, ensure high standards of care, and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding frameworks.

Ideal candidates will have prior dual-site leadership experience, strong governance and commercial acumen, and be able to travel between sites as required.
