Hands-On Group Finance Lead | Reporting, Controls & AI

Headstar is seeking a hands-on Group Finance professional to own the quality of financial reporting across the Group. You’ll report into the Group Finance Director and bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to fixes and improvements.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with group finance and audit experience, comfortable leading teams; experience with £50m-£150m+ turnover; and a passion for AI and automation to streamline controls and processes.
