IT Service Delivery Lead — SLAs & Continuous Improvement

Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and continual improvement of IT services that support operational objectives. You will monitor performance with stakeholders and suppliers, manage risks and escalations, and drive service improvements to deliver reliable, value-for-money services.
