Senior Mechanical Engineer – Building Services & Projects

London Borough Council is recruiting a senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee mechanical maintenance across corporate and leisure buildings in London. You will deliver small works projects valued from £15,000 to £250,000 and manage planned and reactive maintenance, statutory testing and servicing contracts.

You will inspect buildings, diagnose faults, specify repairs, direct contractors and staff, and ensure work meets building regulations, health and safety standards.
