Senior Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager – Hybrid

IPS Flow Systems is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead the purchasing function for resale across the business. You will manage a team of 4 buyers, drive supplier negotiations, control stock levels and costs, and balance service with working capital.

Reporting to the Strategic Management Team, you will develop procurement analytics, monitor supplier performance, ensure quality and sustainability requirements, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to support growth.
